According to Hollywood Life, Abelena are reportedly teaming up with producer Max Martin to collaborate on a single. The news comes after a song called “In Her Elements” appeared on the producer’s Wikipedia page, under songs coming in 2017. The Canadian-born singer will be featured on the upcoming hit produced by Martin, who is the mastermind behinds hits like “Baby One More Time” and “Blank Space.” However, the “Starboy” hitmaker isn’t the only artist working on SelGo's new track. Nicky Minaj, Julia Michaels and the former Disney channel actress herself are listed as co-writers of the song.

A Selenators fan page took to Twitter to also confirm the news of a possible collab between the brunette beauty and her boyfriend. “It’s rumored that Selena & The Weeknd have a song titled ‘In Her Element’ produced by Max Martin,” the Twitter user wrote. Interesting enough, the tweet was deleted soon after.

After teasing fans with lyric pictures and video snippets, the Mexican-American singer released her latest single, "Bad Liar," last week. The song, which features a sample of Taking Heads' 1977 classic "Psycho Killer," is reportedly written about her new beau. According to Harper’s Bazaar, the highly anticipated single could possibly be about her real-life boo. During an interview with Variety, songwriter Justin Tranter, who previously worked with the singer on her "Revival" album, hinted that the song was about young love. “The lyrics are really cool and descriptive about when you first start having feelings for someone, but don’t want to admit it, which turns you into a Bad Liar," he told the news outlet.
