10 Latino Artists One Direction Should Collaborate With

Ok, One Direction, here’s the deal: N’Sync collaborated with Gloria Estefan. Boyz II Men belted it with Mariah Carey. The Backstreet Boys even shared the stage with Enrique Iglesias and Christina Aguilera! We think it’s about time you got your (cute) British butts into the studio with a Latino star!

Don’t worry, boys, we’ve got 10 amazing suggestions:

1. One Direction Collaborations: Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez

C’mon, Liam, we already know you think Selena is a total hottie. (And who can blame you?) Maybe, it’s time to cozy up to the Latina superstar in the studio...

2. One Direction Collaborations: Jennifer Lopez

Let’s face it: those boys can’t dance. If they’re ever going to release an upbeat, Latin-inspired dance tune, they’ll need JLo by their side! JLo’s powerful vocals and dancing skills would perfectly compliment 1D’s harmonies.

3. One Direction Collaborations: Bruno Mars

Bruno Mars

Admit it: you’ve always secretly wanted to see Bruno and 1D team up for a slow, romantic ballad about lost love and heartbreak.

4. One Direction Collaborations: Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato:

We love Demi. We love One Direction. We’d love them even more together.

5. One Direction Collaborations: Fifth Harmony

Fifth Harmony:

Okay, so 10 people is definitely a lot to handle! These groups both got their start on The X Factor, and both owe their fans for their success! Now, we think they owe us a collaboration!

6. One Direction Collaborations: Prince Royce

Prince Royce:

Can he just become the sixth member of One Direction, please? The Dominican heartthrob has already perfected the quiff, and he’s got the voice to keep up with 1D. Wouldn’t you just love to see Royce and 1D share a stage?

7. One Direction Collaborations: Pitbull

Mr. Worldwide could teach the young Brits a thing or two about wooing the ladies -- Latino style! Plus, we think his killer raps and their killer harmonies would make for a hit track.

8. One Direction Collaborations: Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera:

Christina is, hands down, one of the best singers of the past decade. The boys could learn a lot from her expertise and incredibly controlled vocals.

9. One Direction Collaborations: Becky G

Becky G:

Becky G added her rap stylings to the song “Wish You Were Here”  by Cody Simpson...and we couldn’t get enough! We’d love to see the pint-sized rapper lend her talent to an upbeat 1D song next!

10. One Direction Collaborations: Naya Rivera

Naya Rivera

Seriously, girl can sing. The stage would be on fire if Naya and One Direction teamed up for a performance...
