Latino Artists Claim Top Spot on YouTube’s Most-Watched Music Videos of 2017

2017 has been a record-breaking year for Latin artists. From Cardi B becoming the first female solo rapper to earn the number one spot on the Billbord Top 100 in 19 years to Luis Fonsi's "Despacito" becoming the first Spanish-language chart topper since 1996's “Macarena", Latinos brought some fuego to the music scene this year. Need more proof? YouTube, the video-sharing website, recently released a list of most-watched videos that showed just how much Latin artists dominated this year. Seven out of the ten top music videos on YouTube were from some of our favorite singers. From J. Balvin to Bruno Mars, here are the seven hitmakers that proudly made us shake our Latin hips.
