He's flip-flopped more times than a presidential candidate, but this time Christian Castro says it's for real: he's divorcing his wife, Valeria Lieberman. The singer told a Mexican newspaper, “It’s taken me a long time to make this decision, but my wife and I have had various disagreements from the onset of our relationship. We’ve decided to get divorced. I’m very worried, sad and devastated, because we’re going through a very frustrating time.”
We're not sure what sparked his decision this time, but Castro gives the following reason: “Our personalities, attitudes and religions are different. We’re good for each other in some ways, but there are also some serious issues. There has never been much communication or
understanding between us; that’s what I’ve felt. Maybe we’ve neglected the most important things from the beginning,” he explained. “It’s something that was going to happen sooner or later. The two of us have been distant for years. We fought for it and wanted to make it work a bunch of times, but it just didn’t happen,” Castro said.
The ex-couple have two children: Simone, 2, and Mikhail Zaratustra, 3 months. Something tells us these kids will be better off with mommy and daddy in their separate corners.
