After months of waiting, we finally have a release date for the singer's highly-anticipated solo debut album. On Tuesday, the Cubana took to Twitter to announce Friday, January 12 as the big day.

"To my debut album is finally finished. Now I'm trying to steady my heartbeat!!! Thank you for being so patient with me this year, I can't wait for you to hear what has been the soundtrack to the past year of my life," the 20-year-old wrote.

Although the powerhouse singer had originally revealed The Hurt, The Healing, The Loving as the title of her forthcoming album, to our surprise the album is now self-titled. "I decided to call it by my name because that is where this chapter in my life ended. It started with somebody else's story, it ended with me finding my way back to myself," the brunette beauty explained.

Cabello, who left Fifth Harmony almost a year ago, announced her departure from the group back in December to go on her own artistic journey. The Latina told Seventeen Magazine, "Fifth Harmony wasn't the maximum expression of me individually," and added, "My fans are really going to know me from the music I'm writing. My goal is to be brave and open up my soul."

Thankful for all the support people have been showing her, the star surprised fans with two new singles available for instant download when pre-ordering the album.
