"I'm 41 now," Salma Hayek said to the crowd of Hollywood's most powerful women at Tuesday's Women in Film Crystal+Lucy Awards. "And I have to say, it is the best time in my life." Eva Mendes and Jada Pinkett Smith (who shouted out "You look good!" and "I love you, Salma!" during her speech) were amongst those honoring Salma for her contributions as an actress, producer and humanitarian.
