2013 Grammy Nominations: Juanes, Romeo Santos, Miguel, and More!

The 2013 Grammy nominations were announced on Wednesday night and our Latin artists are dominating the roster. Juanes' MTV Unplugged continues to receive musical acclaim and was nominated for "Best Latin Pop Album," along with the duo Jesse y Joy, Ricardo Arjona, Fonseca, and Kany Garcia.

Newcomer Miguel Pimentel also snagged a total of five nominations including, "Song of the Year" and "Best R&B Performance" for his single, "Adorn." His album Kaleidoscope Dream is also up for "Best Urban Contemporary Album."

Romeo Santos debut album Formula Vol. 1 will be competing against Raúl Lara Y Sus Soneros, Eddie Montalvo, and Marlow Rosado Y La Riqueña for "Best Tropical Album of the Year."

Ana Tijoux was nominated for "Best Latin Rock" album for La Bala while Lila Downs' Pecados y Milagros made it on the list for "Best Regional Mexican" album. Our favorite jazz artist, Esperanza Spalding is also representing for las mujeres! Her hit album Heads Up International nabbed a nomination for "Best Jazz Vocal."
