We're relatively certain Penelope Cruz won't be commanding anywhere near Johnny Depp's staggering 35 million dollar salary if, as rumors have it, she signs on to play his love interest in the fourth installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean series—but were super excited about the prospect nonetheless.

Movie industry insiders are saying that Cruz is in talks to star in the film, entitled Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which will focus on Captain Jack Sparrow's early years and how he becomes so infamous.
