Talking with the original Spy Kids actors Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara, director Robert Rodriguez dished on casting little Selenita for a role in the first film of the franchise.

“She was really young—she was probably too young—but I just thought she was so cute,” Rdoriguez said.  “She had this cute face and I thought she would be perfect as the rich girl who owns the whole park.”
