Watch: Selena Gomez in "Ramona & Beezus"

The trailer for Selena Gomez's first big screen departure from Disney, Ramona & Beezus, has hit the internet and we are feeling all gushy about it. It's not just that we loved the Beverly Cleary books growing up (though we did, they made us feel less "different") but it's very evident that the connection between Selena Gomez and her on-screen little sister (played by Joey King) was real and sweet.

Ramona And Beezus

If that's not enough to peak your interest, consider the all-star cast that director Elizabeth Allen was able to wrangle. John Corbett and Bridget Moynahan are mom and dad Quimby, while Josh Duhamel and Ginnifer Goodwin play Uncle Hobart and Aunt Bea respectively. Rounding out the cast is Sandra Oh as Ramona's school teacher who hysterically advises Ramona, "I hope you like the third grade, cause it looks like you're going to be here a while."

Tell us: Does this bring back fond childhood memories of Cleary's classic kids books? Will you round up some youngsters to see Ramona & Beezus?
