Running of the Bulls on Cameron Diaz's Movie Set

Retna Ltd.,

Things got a little rowdy over the weekend on the set of Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise's new film, Knight and Day, when seven bulls escaped their pens and ran rampant through the streets of Cadiz, in southern Spain for about 40 minutes. Two women were slightly injured after the bulls made a break for it and ran towards the beach. We can't really blame them, we probably would have done the same!

Filming on the new movie, being directed by Jose Luis Escolar, was set to begin today, but has been pushed back until further notice. “Nothing will be filmed in Cadiz until we have a new plan that guarantees the safety of local residents," local government spokesman Ignacio Romani told the Diario de Cadiz newspaper. Escolar says he has no idea how the bulls were able to escape.

Neither Diaz nor Cruise were present over the weekend at the rehearsals. The actors are scheduled to show up next weekend.
