Now that a movie about the life of iconic Mexican funnyman Cantinflas is officially happening, it's time to start speculating about who will play the part!

While director Alejandro Monteverde is hoping to cast a Mexican actor—specifically, Diego Luna or Gael García Bernal—momentum is swaying in favor of John Leguizamo, who's definitely has the comedic bravado to nail it, though personally, we'd love to see Luna take the lead.

Of course, there's always the obligatory dark rose candidate, Wilmer Valderrama...is there some sort of connection between Fez from That 70's Show and Cantinflas that we're not seeing? Enlighten us, please.
