Woody Allen is a very lucky man. The Vicky Cristina Barcelona director just cozied up with Penelope Cruz for Vanity Fair's 2009 Hollywood Portofolio, an Annie Liebovitz-photographed spread pairing the top Oscar-nominated actors with the directors who guided them behind the camera.

We already knew Cruz and Allen's relationship was special, as the Spanish actress has credited him with her decision to move to NYC and thanked him for "believing in me" at Sunday's Goya Awards. But their chemistry here is beyond what we'd imagined. Watch out, Javier!
