Latinos We Think Should Star in '50 Shades of Grey'

E. L. James' rated-R trilogy, Fifty Shades of Grey, continues to excite and thrill fans as the casting for the upcoming adaption is still a Hollywood mystery. We have our own fantasies of which Latino actors should star in the racy flick! Find out our top picks below and let us know which couple is your favorite!

1. 50 Shades: Ryan Guzman

Ryan Guzman:

The 24-year-old actor proved he has all the right moves in Step Up Revolution, so naturally he’s a right fit for the erotic thriller. Come on, there’s no sex appeal lacking here!

2. 50 Shades: Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez:

We think Selenita would be perfect for the role as the bright-eyed college student who starts a steamy love affair with Christian Grey. Besides covering a hilarious parody of the adaptation for Funny or Die, the 20-year-old pop star has also been breaking out of her Disney image. Her latest party girl role in the upcoming movie Spring Breakers proves she's ready for the more adult roles.

We think Selena’s name is written all over that script!

3. 50 Shades: Michael Trevino

Michael Trevino:

The Mexican actor, who plays the hunky Tyler Lockwood in the Vampire Diaries, has experience with playing a dark character since he plays a vampire hybrid on the show. There’s no doubt that he would be an amazing lead!

4. 50 Shades: Alexis Bledel

Alexis Bledel:

Come on, there’s a little bit of Rory (from Gilmore Girls) in Anastasia! That’s why we think Alexis would be a great fit. Also, who can forget her rated-R scenes as Beth Dawes in Mad Men? She's got both sides of Anastasia covered.

5. 50 Shades: William Levy

William Levy:

This one is a no brainer! Too bad we didn’t come up with it first since there are rumors hinting the Cuban actor is seriously being considered for the role. William was born to play the handsome and mysterious Christian. Did you see him in Single Ladies? Who wouldn’t want those scenes multiplied by ten!

6. 50 Shades: Odette Yustman

Odette Yustman:

We hear casting directors are looking for a newcomer to fill the role as Anastasia Steele, which leaves Odette as the perfect option. The half-Cuban actress has the edgy yet vulnerable look that embodies the lead character in the hit novel, don’t you think?
