Jennifer Lopez may not have a nanny in real life (ahem, yeah right), but she'll play one on the big screen. Taking a break from creating fragrances, clothing lines, and mediocre pop albums, Jennifer is ready to get back on the big screen with The Governess, a romantic comedy in which she will play a professional thief who, in order to pull off a major bank heist, poses as a nanny to the three unruly children of a wealthy widower. When she starts to fall for the kids and their father, she must decide if she can give up her past for a chance to start over.
The film will re-team her with the writer's behind her last box office hit, Maid in Manhattan. Filming will begin in Massachusetts this fall. Jennifer is also preparing to shoot an independent film Love and Other Impossible Pursuits, with Friends star Lisa Kudrow.
With two movies, a rumored reality series, and a triathalon on her plate, Jennifer Lopez is going to be working overtime. So maybe now she'll cave and hire some domestic help?
