Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña take on crime as two long-term partners in the LAPD in the new movie End of Watch hitting theaters in September. The story revolves around the two who, after years protecting Southern Los Angeles from crime, become involved in a drug war with cartels, with a cartel putting a hit on them.
Looking into their lives and filmed in a real-to-life way, this movie is directed by David Ayer, the same guy who wrote Training Day and The Fast and the Furious.
