In movies, it's common practice for actresses to don a fake baby bump for a role. It's fun to imagine how some of our stars would look if they were pregnant and with Cameron Diaz rocking a the look for the movie, What to Expect When You're Expecting, we started thinking of other Latina stars who have played pregnant—but weren't.

10 years before Salma gave birth to her daughter, Valentina Paloma in real life, the Mexican actress had a baby with Matthew Perry in the hit rom-com, Fools Rush In (1997).
On the 8th season of ABC's hit medical drama, Grey's Anatomy, Sara Ramirez's character Callie Torres got pregnant with Dr. Mark Sloan's (Eric Dane) baby.
