We all know the saying, breaking up is hard to do. Pero, it has been especially hard for these Latino celebrities! Take Shakira for example; she's fighting a lawsuit filed by her ex Antonio de la Rua; he claims that she owed him some big bucks - $100 million to be exact. We won't spoil the juice (see the blurb below), but it looks as though Shaki isn't the only one with an annoying ex...

Shakira and Antonio de la Rua

The Colombian pop star may have moved on with soccer player boyfriend Gerard Pique (who is also the father of her adorable new son Milan), but her ex-boyfriend and former manager Antonio de la Rua is still in the picture. The son of the former Argentinean President Fernando de la Rua filed a $100 million lawsuit for royalties owed during their 10-year partnership. According to court documents, Antonio claims he was responsible for negotiating the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer’s $300 million deal with Live Nation and her successful fragrance deal. 

So what does Shakira say about all this? The superstar has filed her own papers, stating that she was already an international success when she met her ex and that he was never her manager. Take that!
