We know what you must be thinking, ‘Gisele Bundchen is the picture of perfection,’ but the Brazilian supermodel is embracing her imperfections by going makeup and Photoshop free for an ad campaign with BLK DMN.
The 32-year-old model is also barefoot and topless for the series of 25-portraits, which have yet to be released. “I feel like women should be really real and raw and it doesn’t happen anymore [in fashion photographs],” Bundchen told Fashionista.com.
She also gave props to designer and photographer Johan Lindeberg for his artistic vision. “I love that feeling of, you know, we are women, we are so different, our imperfections are what make us unique and beautiful. He gets that. He’s not trying to retouch you or put a pretty light on you. He’s not like ‘you gotta look a certain way.’ He’s like, ‘you are you’ so now I’m gonna just be here with a camera, so express yourself how you like,” she expressed.”
Embrace our imperfections? Sure, let’s take some advice from the most beautiful and highest-paid supermodel in the game. We guess when you make at least $45 million a year you can say and do whatever you please!
