Evelyn Lozada's Ex Chad Johnson Arrested for Violating Parole, Out on Bail

Evelyn Lozada’s ex-husband Chad Johnson has run into some court drama. The former NFL wide receiver was arrested yesterday in Florida on charges that he violated probation stemming from a domestic violence dispute he had with the reality television star last year.

Johnson, who married Lozada on July 4th, was charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly head-butting her after she supposedly confronted him about finding a receipt for a box of condoms in his car.

According to TMZ, Johnson was jailed by a Broward County judge for failing to report to his probation officer twice and not completing his domestic violence education program. He later posted $1,000 bail. Johnson tried to explain to a stern judge that it “was a misunderstanding.” Another hearing is set for June 3rd.
