Zoe Saldana Bares All for Women's Health UK, Opens Up About Body Image

Women's Health UK

We have to say, we admire Zoe Saldana's bravery!

The mom-to-be posed completely in the nude again, but this time for Women's Health UK's September 2014 "Naked Issue." But although we've seen Saldana bare it all for magazine covers, she admits it's not always easy to feel body confident.

“My first reaction is I breathe and I think, ‘I’m a woman. I’m 36. My body is changing,'" the actress told Women's Health UK, according to People StyleWatch.“My body is less toned. I do look in the mirror and see things I don’t want.”

Saldana continued, “I wanted to please others more than I wanted to please myself, and I [would] find myself embarrassed to look in the mirror."

The Guardians of the Galaxy star said that she has worked on changing her attitude towards her body.

“I do feel beautiful in a way that even when I was working out a whole lot, I sometimes didn’t,” Saldana explained. “Because there have been time that I was really slender and didn’t like that I sometimes looked a little too muscular and flat-chested. You’ll never be completely happy, so at the end of the day it’s like, just be happy regardless.”
