Video: Kenny Ortega Says Michael Jackson Wanted His Kids to See Him Perform

Kenny Ortega, who was set to direct Michael Jackson’s big comeback tour before his death on June 25th, spoke to Extra about Jackson’s excitement over hitting the stage again. He was mostly looking forward to sharing this important part of his life with his three children: Prince Michael I, 12, Paris Michael, 11, and Prince Michael II (a.k.a. "Blanket"), 7. “He was gonna be able to share it with his children who are now old enough to be able to appreciate what he did,” Ortega said. He added that Jackson could barely sleep at night because he was so excited to reach out to fans again.
