Remembering Michael Jackson (1958-2009)

As the world continues to reel from the sudden death of legendary performer Michael Jackson, we’re taking a moment to celebrate his extraordinary life through photos and quotes from celebrities who were inspired by his artistry and transformed by his humanity. The King of Pop died on June 25 at the UCLA Medical Center after collapsing at his rented home in Holmby Hills. The official cause of his death is still unknown at this time. His brother Jermaine told reporters, "It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known.
