In 1999, MC dropped Rainbow (her seventh studio album) with the upbeat “Heartbreaker” track featuring Jay Z

Heartbreaker you got the best of me,

but I just keep on coming back incessantly

Oh, why did you have to run your game on me?

I should have known right from the start,

you’d go and break my heart

The jam with a sample from Stacy Lattisaw's "Attack of the Name Game" spent two weeks at No. 1 on Billboard.

And according to the music bible, Mimi became the first (and is the only) artist to spend time at the top spot in every year from 1990 to 1999.
