Luis Miguel was caught red handed sneaking out of Miami hot spot Prime 112 with what it appears to be his on-again (!) girlfriend Daisy Fuentes.

Fuentes and Miguel broke up over a decade amidst rumors that the notorious Lothario was caught cheating with Mariah Carey. Adding to the drama is the fact that Daisy broke up with longtime boyfriend, British singer Matt Goss, earlier this year ago to reunite with Luis Miguel.

Daisy and Miguel have refused to address the speculation, but Fuentes' poor ex-fiancé basically admitted he's been had: "We had a long and loving relationship," Goss said back when he and Fuentes first broke up. "This came as a shock especially when you think you really know someone."
