Jennifer Lopez, 40, visited Ryan Seacrest's radio show yesterday to talk about her impending music comeback, but of course, he had to ask about the now infamous fall she took at the American Music Awards over the weekend.
But J. Lo took it all in stride, "Did I trip a little bit? I don't even remember," Lopez said with a laugh. "Yeah, I meant to do that. That was part of the choreography," she joked.
La Lopez even managed to utilize the highly embarrassing tumble as a learning moment. She made a really good point when Seacrest gave her props for how quickly she managed to bounce up and continue on with the show, "The measure of things isn't what happens when you fall, it's how you recover when you fall," she wisely advised. Amen to that, sister!
Other than the little spill, Lopez said that she really enjoyed getting back into the swing of things with her music. "It was fun, it was really fun," she said. "It was nice to be back on stage and doing my thing." And, we must say, fall and all, it's great having her back!
