Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony Suing British Stroller Company

Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony have sued stroller makers Silver Cross for trademark infringement in papers filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles district court, reports.

The suit claims the carriage makers used images of the power couple and their twins, Max and Emme, without their permission. They allege that the company is using their picture in ads, which ran online and in print, to sell their product and deceive the public into "believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor" the U.K.-based company.

Lopez and Anthony are seeking at least $5 million in damages, a permanent injunction against any further use of their names or images in the company's advertising, and any profit that may have been made by using the family in the advertising.
