Looks like Fergie is finally ready to say "I Do!" The Black Eyed Pea,and Josh Duhamel, her fiancée of just over a year, have set a wedding date for the weekend of January 9-11 and will exchange vows at an undisclosed location in Southern California, a source tells Access Hollywood.

Speculation over an imminent wedding date grew when the two lovebirds were spotted by TMZ mysteriously scanning kitchen appliances and cutlery at Crate & Barrel. At the time, the couple insisted that they setting up a gift registry for Christmas, not a wedding...but really, who does that?!

Duhamel, 35, proposed to the 33-year-old songstress in late 2007. Fergie just wrapped shooting on the movie musical Nine, and Access reports that many of her co-stars in the film will attend the nuptials. Hmm...does that mean Penelope Cruz?
