Christina Aguilera's Having a Hard Time Selling her House

The recent financial crisis has hit everyone hard, even super celebs like Christina Aguilera. The "Beautiful" pop star has been struggling to sell her house since April 2008. The 6,500-square-foot house, built in 1960, boasts views of downtown Los Angeles and the ocean and was originally put on the market for $7,995,000.

Aguilera bought the home back in 2003 for five million dollars from Steve Hermann, a well known Los Angeles based designer. The five-bedroom, seven-bath home is in the Hollywood Hills and features everything from a state-of-the-art screening room to a 25-foot waterfall, a pool, and a 12-person spa.

According to the LA Times, the home was briefly taken off the market in order to refresh the days-on-the-market clock. The architecturally beautiful house just popped back up on the market with an asking price of $6,250,000.
