Amber Rose set the Internet ablaze last week when she jumped into a Twitter feud between her ex-husband Wiz Khalifa and her ex-boyfriend Kanye West. "Awww @kanyewest are u mad I'm not around to play in ur asshole anymore? #FingersInTheBootyAssBitch," she tweeted. People started taking sides, and even Kanye jumped in to contradict her claim. These two must have taken a cue from these celebrities on how to seriously shut down any sort of shade. These are the six greatest celebrity clap backs of all time:
1. Sean Penn & Wyclef Jean
Sean Penn was widely criticized for abandoning Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. One of his biggest critics, Wyclef Jean, had some choice words for him at a concert. “I got a message for Sean Penn: Maybe he ain’t see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine," he said. Penn quickly responded through Huffington Post: “The only attention that Haiti seems to be getting today is on a presidential campaign of personality that threatens to create a new swell of social unrest in a plagued country. I would caution Mr. Jean against research, or prospective policy, by sound bite.” Penn definitely took the win on that round.
2. Mariah Carey & Eminem
Eminem has been throwing shade at Mariah Carey for years, and she has continuously denied dating him. So to finally settle the feud, she dropped the diss track "Obsessed." In the video, she's stalked by a creeper with a striking resemblance to the rapper.
3. Selena Gomez & Miley Cyrus
Once upon a time Miley Cyrus dated Nick Jonas, and shortly afterward, he started dating Selena Gomez. Miley and her BFF at the time, Mandy, responded with a YouTube video that mocked a video Gomez and Demi Lovato had made previously. Cyrus also tweeted some cryptic messages about Gomez. But Gomez's clap back moment was even better — because she didn't even acknowledge it at all. Silence is golden!
4. Naya Rivera & Big Sean
Naya Rivera and Big Sean's breakup inspired him to write the song "I Don't F*** With You." In the song, he accuses Rivera of being controlling and jealous. The Glee actress responded with a Twitter post which accused him of stealing. “@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now,” Naya wrote in a now-deleted post. “Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin."
Sean told Complex magazine he would never do that. “First of all, why would I have to steal a Rolex?” he said. “Second of all, every Rolex that I have, I have receipts for, papers for, certificates of authenticity for. I would never steal a Rolex from anybody. You see [Naya’s] tweet got deleted in like 20 seconds.”
5. Christina Aguilera & Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Osbourne claims that Christina Aguilera has called her fat, but the singer has never publicly admitted to it. Osbourne brings it up whenever she gets a chance and has even insulted Aguilera's talent. Osbourne might be living on another planet, because Aguilera has badass body and a voice for days.
6. Mariah Carey & Nicki Minaj
Who doesn't remember Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj getting into it on air during an American Idol taping? The divas' feud eventually forced Carey to quit the show. Minaj took to Twitter to air her frustrations with the singer: "What u SHOULD be doing (wit your messy ass) is asking why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter," she wrote. Carey eventually responded, saying she was not happy during her time on Idol. "That was the worst experience of my life,” Carey said with a laugh.
