Camilla's rep Brad Cafarelli confirmed the breakup, telling reporters,
"Yes, it's true, they have broken up." And just in case you heard rumors that a certain smoking hot Spanish tennis player named Fernando Verdasco had anything to do with it, Cafarelli continued, "There is no third party involved and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends."
