Yesterday, when TMZ reported that NBA star Tony Parker had filed for divorce from his wife, Eva Longoria Parker, Latina.com reached out to Eva’s rep to confirm the news. “We spoke to a rep for Tony, and TMZ”s story is 100% false," the rep told us at the time. "Tony did NOT file for divorce from Eva.”
But this morning, Us Weekly broke the news that Eva and Tony have officially called it quits after just three years of marriage. Multiple sources tell the magazine (on newsstands now) that Longoria, 35, recently discovered that Tony, 27, has been exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year—hundreds in one month.
“Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," a source tells the magazine, adding that Tony came clean about the texting.
According to People.com, Eva filed for divorce from Tony today at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Longoria’s rep wouldn't confirm the news to Latina.com, saying "We are not commenting at this time."
