La Chica Dorada, who was sued last year for allegedly beating her assistant, was recently smacked with a lawsuit for supposedly kicking a paparazzi in his privates. The photographer, Hector Vela, is suing Rubio for $75,00 in damages for his injuries. Ouch! She may be tiny, but she obviously packs a punch!
