—Nicole Richie filed a restraining order against a creepy, lurking paparazzi who has been harassing her baby girl Harlow all around Los Angeles. The order blocks the photographer from coming anywhere near the family, most importantly Harlow's preschool.

Ricky Martin paid a little visit to Larry King Live last night as part of his whirlwind publicity tour for his memoir, Me. He passionately advocated for the right to same-sex marriage in America. "I want that option, why do I have to be a second-hand citizen?" Martin asked.
Martin makes it clear that he is not ready to marry his current beau. But he wants to know that if they chose to take that next step they would be able to get married in their own backyard in America.

When Ricky Martin first came on the music scene as a member of the Latino boy band, Menudo, he was 12. Or was he?
During an interview with Ellen Degeneres (airing Thursday at 4 p.m.), the Puerto Rican singer revealed that he lied about his age to join Menudo.
"When I was 12 years old I started in the music business and my manager told me, 'I want you to say you’re 11 years old, so you can stay longer in the band,' " Ricky said.
