Last we heard, Kelis was crying poverty and demanding that estranged hubby, Nas, pay spousal and child support as well as all legal expenses. Sources close to pop star Jessica Simpson and superstar Dallas Cowboy's QB Tony Romo have confirmed that the duo have called it quits. Romo reportedly broke up with Simpson the day before her 29th birthday. That following night he showed up with 14 friends to Hollywood club MyHouse with a gaggle of ladies and Simpson nowhere in sight.

Kenny Ortega, who was set to direct Michael Jackson’s big comeback tour before his death on June 25th, spoke to Extra about Jackson’s excitement over hitting the stage again. He was mostly looking forward to sharing this important part of his life with his three children: Prince Michael I, 12, Paris Michael, 11, and Prince Michael II (a.k.a. Del Toro spoke to the inmates, emphasizing the importance of literacy to their rehabilitation, and explained how reading has been crucial to his own growth as an actor.
