Zoë Saldaña Explains Sexuality Comments

By Saldaña’s body language (exaggerated hand gestures) during the interview, it was clear that her patience had worn thin with regards to the quote from Allure, where she said she might “end up with a woman raising my children... that's how androgynous I am!”

The actress added that our lives are going to slip and “we’re never going to learn or grow and realize that there’s so much more beauty in this Earth and so much more things that are important besides stereotyping ourselves and limiting ourselves just by putting ourselves in little boxes.”

The 34-year-old actress said up until now, she’s been attracted to men.

“But if one day I wake up and I want to be with a woman, I’m going to do that,” she said, “and I know that I’m going to be supported by the creatures that have raised me and love me – and know me.”

Well spoken, Zoë.
