Despite reports to the contrary, in the weeks leading up to Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez’s shocking split, the couple were very much together and Latina magazine editors interacted with them several times. Not to mention, they had several high profile appearances, as husband and wife. Here, we recount the last six weeks of their relationship.

When we caught up with Marc and Jennifer at the launch of their new Fall line for Kohl’s on May 2nd, the couple seemed as happy and in love as ever. “It was a very relaxed, happy environment; at one point, they were posing together and had their arms around each other,” notes Editorial Director Galina Espinoza. “It felt like a happy, family day, especially since Jennifer’s mom was there.”
