Designer, mom and former reality TV star, Nicole Richie gets her heart rate up and burns calories while dancing to Jennifer Lopez’s “On the Floor.”
The 29-year-old socialite recently taped her workout with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who calls Nicole “ a rockstar” on the dance floor.
"This is the only workout I've ever done that I've been able to eat whatever I want and I feel so great after I do it," Richie says of Anderson’s dance workout routine.
In the video, Richie talks about the importance of working out on a regular basis. “It's important for your health, it builds your muscles, it's important emotionally, it's important to just get it all out," she says.
She adds that it's also important not to be self-conscious when you're working out. “You just gotta get out there and dance like no one’s watching and there's no wrong moves in dancing. Just be yourself and have fun and that's what I do."
