Tatiana Santo Domingo Rechulski was born in 1983 to Julio Mario Santo Domingo, Jr., a Colombian businessman and Vera Rechulski, a former Brazilian socialite and boutique owner.  Her grandfather, Julio Mario Santo Domingo, is one of the wealthiest men in the world, and the second richest man in Colombia. She has one younger brother, Julio Mario Santo Domingo III, and grew up in Switzerland.
