Taboo used a Tiny URL to announce to the arrival of a tiny human being to the world.
In February, we told you that the Black Eyed Peas rapper (real name: Jaime Luis Gómez) announced on The Wendy Williams Show that he had decided on a name for his second child with wife Jaymie Dizon: "I've been tweeting, and lately people have been guessing what the baby's name is going to be," said Taboo. "And I just want to say—the name of the baby is Journey Jameson Gomez," the part-Mexican artist said at the time.
On Tuesday, the 35-year-old musician and his wife Jaymie welcomed Journey Jameson Gomez into the world, exactly one week before Jaymie's May 3rd due date. "Wifey is doing really good," Taboo tweeted. "This pregnancy is different from when we had Jalen. I feel more focused and in control and not nervous at all," he wrote.
Taboo, who is definitely one of the most active celebs on Twitter, live tweeted about his son's birth, sharing details from the delivery room with his fans: "I'm proud of my wife and honored to be by her side," he tweeted. "Baby Journey born 2:57 p.m. Yes! I am so excited!"
He added: "Journey Jameson Gomez looks just like his Kuya or older brother Jalen with less hair, but they look pretty much the same. My grandma's genes!"
Journey is Taboo's third child, and his second child with Jaymie, his wife of three years. He has a 17-year-old son named Joshua from a previous relationship.
Congratulations to the happy parents!
