Pitbull’s single “International Love” has garnered more sales on iTunes than any other artist, Batanga reports.  The single is from his new album, Planet Pit, which will be released June 21.  The Cuban-American rapper surpassed Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, and Lady Gaga.

Chayanne was robbed after a recent concert in Cancun, Mexico, LatinGossip reports.  The Puerto-Rican Latin pop singer and his team returned to their hotel and discovered that two laptops and 9,000 dollars were stolen, according to the website.  A police report was filed by his team.

—Fashion icon Oscar de la Renta surprised a crowd earlier this week by performing a duet with Juan Luis reports that the 79-year-old designer and his compatriot sang one of Guerra’s most famous songs – “Bachata Rosa” during de la Renta’s gala presentation of his 2012 clothing line collection in Mexico.  To watch a clip of their performance, click here.  At the event, Guerra was also awarded the title of Mexico’s Tourist Ambassador.

—Professional skater Paul Rodriguez Jr. is teaming up with Nike for a new campaign, Tr3s reports.  Titled “The Chosen”, the advertising initiative will feature the hottest talent in action sports, including snowboarder Danny Kass and extreme up-and-comer skater Omar Salazar.  The campaign will include an epic film. “It’s incredible,” Rodriguez said.  “I’m happy to be a part of that movement and I’m proud to see my people excelling at this sport.”
