A MSN report claims that Sofia Vergara has slammed fiancé, Nick Loeb, with a $10 million prenuptial agreement. The Colombian star’s future husband is rumored to be worth $15 million, while the Modern Family actress is currently the highest paid actress on television and racked up $19 million last year alone.

“If there's ever an indiscretion on his part during the marriage, he'd pretty much be cleaned out," a source revealed.

While it’s rumored that Vera Wang is set to design Sofia’s wedding gown, the 40-year-old bombshell told Celebuzz, “I haven’t started planning anything because everything has been very recent," she added, "I just started the Modern Family season — so I don’t know yet [when I will get married]. No plans.”
