- Sofia Vergara may be funny, but she is also resourceful. The Colombian superstar saved the day during Saturday's White House Correspondents' Association annual dinner after New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie got picked on for his weight by comedian Jimmy Kimmel. Thankfully, the mean fat jokes didn’t get to Christie since he had Vergara sitting by his side. "When you have Sofia Vergara next to you to console you, let me tell you, you don't care what the heck Jimmy Kimmel is saying about you," he expressed. Besides being beautiful and talented she’s also an anti-bully. We love it!
- Selena Gomez recently filmed a Funny or Die skit for the infamous humor site, but she’s been a little worried about whether she will be able to get her fans chuckling. In a recent radio interview she said, “I keep [asking] my makeup artist, ‘Am I doing a good job, is this funny?’” Gomez also confesses, “I have self confidence issues anyway, I have a feeling my fans will tell me if it’s funny or not.” She’s one of the brightest young stars out there! You have nothing to worry about Selenita.
- J.Lo’s former driver, Hakom Manoukian, filed a breach of contract lawsuit yesterday against the “Dance Again” singer, her production company Nuyorican Productions, and her manager, Benny Medina. According to E!, Manoukian started working part-time for Lopez and Marc Anthony back in 2005 and was later encouraged to work exclusively for the couple.
His complaint claims that he was rarely given lunch breaks when he worked for the American Idol judge. Lopez’s ex-chauffeur also alleges that he was told once he started working full-time, his salary would increase to about $200,000 a year. However he didn’t receive the amount promised and wasn’t paid overtime. To add to the drama, Manoukian claims that he was treated poorly and humiliated by Medina because he “didn’t speak English well enough.”
Sounds pretty dramatic to us. Do you think there’s any truth to his story?
