Shakira's Ex Gets Shut Down in Lawsuit

In documents dated June 17 and obtained by The Associated Press, the judge in Geneva said that international superstar singer is the sole owner of the account that De la Rúa tried to gain access to. De la Rúa argued that he should have access to that account because it holds most of the assets from their business partnership, Billboard also reports.

The judge said he doesn’t have enough evidence to prove that De la Rúa and Shakira had reached any agreements.
