According to Us Weekly, the singer has entered a Tennessee-based rehab facility to seek help with anxiety and depression issues, along with how to properly deal with her lupus symptoms.

The decision comes after Gomez’s recent announcement that she’d be taking time off from her career to deal with anxiety and depression issues, as well as her ongoing battle with Lupus disease. "I've discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges," she told People. "I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off. Thank you to all my fans for your support. You know how special you are to me, but I need to face this head on to ensure I am doing everything possible to be my best."

A source explains, “Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health. She can go to a very dark place.” The insider adds that the facility, located in Nashville, is “private and quiet place,” but “super intense.” In 2014, Gomez first entered rehab to deal with her Lupus. She later explained that she underwent chemotherapy and stayed mostly out of the public eye until she regained her confidence.
