Rod Stewart Not Pleased with Daughter Kimberly Carrying Benicio del Toro's Love Child

Benicio Del Toro is in hot water with Kimberly Stewart’s dad, music icon Rod Stewart. The news that his first grandchild was conceived in what seems to be a one-night stand isreportedly not sitting well with the 66-year-old singer.

While the notorious ladies man has eight children with six different women, he had a different vision for the 31-year-old actress. "Rod might seem like a wild man but deep down he is very conservative," a source close to Rod told PopEater. "What dad doesn't dream of his daughter's wedding day before she starts a family?"

At least the rock star respects the way the 44-year-old Oscar winner took responsibility for his child, even if the two parents are not a couple. "Rod has always provided for his children, even his adopted daughter after he reunited with her," a family friend said. "He can't wait to be a cool granddad."

News of the pregnancy broke on Monday, when Del Toro’s reps confirmed that, “Although they are not a couple, they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby."
