Pitbull to Host the 2013 American Music Awards!

As if we needed a reason to tune into this year's American Music Awards, Mr. Worldwide is reminding us why its surely an absolute must!

Pitbull will not only be performing his new hit single "Timber" at the 2013 American Music Awards, but it has just been announced that he will also be hosting the popular music show.

“Pitbull is a multi-talented global superstar and the right man to take the reins of the night, which is going to be one great party,“ said American Music Awards long-time producer Larry Klein.

“That’s why he is called Mr. Worldwide. He’s the perfect choice to celebrate the universal language of music.”

And how does Pitbull feel about being named host? "I am truly honored to be hosting the 2013 American Music Awards," he said. "The night is only about one thing, fun, so buckle up and get ready! Dale!"

The 2013 American Music Awards will air live on Sunday, November 24 at 8 p.m. on ABC!
