Hugo vs. Homer: <i>The Simpsons</i> Banned in Venezuela

According to Hugo Chavez, Bart Simpson is not suitable for children. The Venezuelan president has banned The Simpsons from the airwaves for being too risqué for little ones, claiming that the show is in danger of breaking the country's Law of Responsibility in Radio and Television.

Spice Girl Geri Halliwell debuted her hot new romance during the Idol Gives Back show this past weekend-by bringing along boyfriend Ivan "FlipZ" Velez.

FlipZ, a Puerto Rican dancer/actor from New York, has appeared in several dozen movies, including a prominent role opposite Jessica Alba in Honey.

Now that her fellow Spice Girls have settled down into marriage and motherhood, we're thrilled that Geri has found herself a man of her own. Of course, the fact that he's a smoking hot Latino isn't too shabby, either.

The UK's Sunday Mirror reports that the new couple have been spotted all over Los Angeles in various states of embrace: watching the sunset over cocktails at Shutters on the Beach hotel, dining by candlelight at the Chateau Marmont, and getting frisky at hot spot Teddy's in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

Friends of Jessica Alba gathered at L.A.'s Ever After Teahouse on Saturday to celebrate the upcoming birth of Jessica's daughter Honor Warren, E! News reports. Guests, including Jessica's sister, The Office star Rashida Jones and Kim Kardashian spent the afternoon with Jessica eating cupcakes, skewered shrimp, mini pastries and ice cream floats while listening to music from the Buena Vista Social Club.
