Sooo cute! New mom Nicole Richie officially debuted her baby girl Harlow Winter Kate Madden on the cover of People magazine. "She gives a whole new meaning and purpose," the somewhat-reformed party girl says in her interview.

Looks like the powers-that-be at People gave into Nicole's high demands, so hopefully it will pay off for them this time. We're already imagining the tantrum Christina Aguilera will throw if Nicole's baby cover outsells hers! We kid, we kid...
