He's making his list and checking it twice today! From Shakira to Ricky Martin, here are 10 Latino stars who definitely landed on Santa's nice list this year:

1. Santa's Nice List: Bella Thorne

Bella Thorne

Born Annabella Avery Thorne, the Disney Channel star is an avid supporter of the Humane Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Nomad Organization. In addition, the 16-year-old Cuban American has also become a spokesperson for those with dyslexia, helping them find ways to overcome it, like she did.

2. Santa's Nice List: Shakira

The Colombiana is like an angel on earth. She’s a UNICEF ambassador, continually works with her charity Piez Descalzos Foundation, and takes on as many other philanthropic causes as she can.

3. Santa's Nice List: Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria

Longoria may have played bratty Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives, but in real-life the starlet is a very sweet and kindhearted mujer. This year alone, she funded a UCLA study to improve educational success for Latinas and helped create Devious Maids, which includes a cast filled with Latinas, giving us yet more exposure in Hollywood and beyond.

4. Santa's Nice List: Pitbull

The Miami native has been a very good boy this year, having opened up SLAM (Sports Leadership and Management) charter school for kids in his old Miami neighborhood. “The simple fact is that teachers have changed my life,” he said, “and that’s the same thing I want to do with the kids.”

5. Santa's Nice List: America Ferrera

America Ferrera

Ferrera has been a strong advocate for immigration and other political issues surrounding Latinos. In November, she participated in a protest against an anti-immigrant game called “Catch the Illegal Immigrant” at the University of Texas at Austin.

6. Santa's Nice List: Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez

The 21-year-old singer is considered one of the “good girls” in Hollywood. Earlier this year, Gomez was denied access into Russia to do a concert performance after Russian officials realized she is in support of gay rights. And we couldn’t be prouder of the young star for standing up for what she believes in!

7. Santa's Nice List: Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute honored the beautiful Mexicana earlier this year with a Medallion of Excellence in the Arts and Entertainment. During her acceptance speech, she dedicated her award to immigrants who have “risked their lives in order to search for a brighter future,” to Hispanic women, “especially single mothers,” and to Dreamers, who “are the true inspiration for all of us.” Hayek has also spoken out about Latino stereotypes and working to change them.

8. Santa's Nice List: Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba

Throughout her career, the 32-year-old actress has been involved with 28 different charities. In March of this year, Alba became the newest global ambassador for Earth Hour.

9. Santa's Nice List: Victoria Justice

Victoria Justice

The 20-year-old part-Puerto Rican star is really one of the sweetest girls we’ve ever met. Not to mention, she adores her fans. When we met with Justice last month, she expressed the importance of giving back to her fans. “Obviously, I'm not a perfect human being, but at the end of the day I realize that because I've been on Nickelodeon and had my own show that a lot of young girls definitely look up to me,” she said.

“I try and give back as much as I can because it's crazy how powerful just taking a picture with someone can make their day and make them happy, so I try to go out of my way to make those moments happen.

10. Santa's Nice List: Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin

This year the Boricua hottie wrote a children’s book, Santiago the Dreamer in Land Among the Stars, which encourages kids to follow their dreams. Martin was also among the handful of celebrities who joined together to show support for gays in Russia through a t-shirt campaign called “Love Conquers Hate.” In addition, the 41-year-old father of twins continues to do work through the Ricky Martin Foundation.
